Parent Teacher Confrences
Wednesday and Thursday of this week we will be having parent-teacher conferences. You can schedule an appointment by calling the school secretaries at (801) 717-4844. I look forward to meeting with you. Also, remember that Wednesday and Thursday will be common days. All students will start and finish their school day at common times: 8:00 and 2:15 respectively.
Field Trip
Yea! Our pioneer field trip to Camp Floyd State Park is this week on Friday, 8 October. All 4th graders will come and leave school at their regular times. The school buses will depart for the field trip at 9:30 and return before 1:45. All students and adults will be purchasing school sack lunches for the field trip.
On-the-Ball-Party
Wednesday will be our first On-the-Ball-Party this year. All student who are up to date on their homework will receive an invitation on Tuesday. For our party we'll be learning about weathering, erosion, and line graphs by polishing rocks.
Our party also includes a silent auction where students can bring items from home for their classmates to purchase using our classroom currency.
