Thanksgiving has arrived. Since this week only has two school days, there will not be homework or spelling words. The end of the month is approaching so students need to make sure they complete their November Book Talk and present it to the class.
Also, our on the ball party and silent auction will happen on Thursday, 3 Dec 2009. Student homework and classwork need to be turned in order to attend.
In writing, if your child chooses, they can use a Bare Book to publish their writing. Bare Books are hard bound books with blank pages. They come in various sizes, formats and cover designs. This is a great option for students to publish their stories. They also make great Holiday gifts. We will be sending a Bare Book order in before the Thanksgiving break. If your child didn't bring an order form home, you can download an order form here. There is a Bare Book website that can also show and explain these books.
